Cabo San Lucas trip for only $800?

My girlfriend’s friend recently went to Cabo San Lucas and only spent $800 and this included the ride from the airport the the hotel, the hotel, and the plane ticket. She used a travel agent and traveled with a small group of 4. She stayed there for 7 days and said the hotel was very nice and that they offered swimming with dolphins, but she paid for that seperately. I’m trying to find a deal similar to this online, is it possible or do I use a travel agent? I’ve looked at the Tesoro but its 1,600 for 2 people for 10 days! Aren’t there better deals?

Hola! Yes you can definately find deals to Cabo. Check your local paper’s travel section for some of the best deals. I have heard of hotel/air for under $1000. You can do it.

Do you know what hotel she stayed at. The Tesoro is one of the lower end hotels, but they won’t offer excellent deals. You need the bigger chains that have partnerships with the charter airlines for that.
